Biography
Dr. Friederike Landauer, LL.M. (Sydney) is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in Munich. She is a certified lawyer in international business law (Fachanwalt für internationals Wirtschaftsrecht).
She comprehensively advises nationally and internationally operating companies in commercial and business law disputes.
Dr. Friederike Landauer has many years of experience in conducting complex arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules (in particular ICC, DIS, adhoc proceedings) on a national and international level, especially in connection with energy law disputes, IT disputes and post-M&A disputes.
Another focus of her practice is advising and representing clients in insurance litigation. She has many years of experience in representing insurers, companies, managers and board members, in particular in connection with directors' and officers' liability cases and coverage disputes.
