Biography
Justin Yuen is a banking and finance lawyer based in London, specialising in advising clients in the aviation industry on commercial, regulatory, leasing, and asset finance matters.
He has experience in representing airlines, banks, lessors and other financial institutions, in aircraft and component financing, trading, and in aircraft-related insolvency claims.
Justin also advises clients in the aviation industry on a broad range of aviation commercial and regulatory matters, including spare engine leases, power-by-the-hour agreements, engine support agreements, wet leases, charter agreements, maintenance general terms agreements, base and line maintenance and ground handling agreements.
