Biography
Lucy Hoffman is an Associate in the RISC group in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office. She joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2021 and focuses her practice on securities and commercial litigation, white-collar defense, regulatory enforcement, government investigations, internal investigations and international arbitration. Lucy represents corporations, financial institutions, government agencies and individuals across a range of industries in international and domestic civil and criminal matters, investigations, complex litigation, data privacy and compliance matters, including billion-dollar mergers and acquisition litigation, groundbreaking securities litigation and high-stakes investigations. She has represented clients on matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as state and federal court. Lucy’s practice also includes high-value international commercial arbitrations governed by the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Lucy has also represented clients in immigration court through participation in the firm’s pro bono program.
Lucy is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
