Finance team represents JPMorgan on US$300M COP-indexed credit facility to Bancoldex

Our finance lawyers represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, on the closing of a US$300 million equivalent COP-indexed credit facility extended to Banco de Comercio Exterior de Colombia S.A. (Bancoldex), which was guaranteed by the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA).

Bancoldex will primarily use the MIGA-guaranteed loan to on-lend through financial intermediaries (FIs) to support the liquidity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Colombia and thus support the restoration of economic activity as part of the post COVID-19 recovery phase.
