Turkish Competition Authority published two important communiqués

The Turkish Competition Authority recently published two important communiqués. The first relates to the mechanism applicable to the Commitments Offered During Preliminary Investigations and Investigations on Restrictive Agreements, Concerted Practices, Decisions and Abuse of Dominance, while the second exempts, except for clear and hardcore violations, certain practices which do not significantly restrict competition from investigation.
