Biography

Veronica Pinotti is a competition and regulatory lawyer based in Milan.

She has 30 years of experience in EU competition and regulatory law, including data privacy interplay. She advises clients before the European Commission and national authorities on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, distribution networks, cartels, dominance abuse, state aid, and regulated markets. Veronica offers strategic advice, manages antitrust audits, risk assessments, and handles consumer protection, unfair competition, misleading advertising, and potential criminal aspects.

She is ranked in Band 3 in Competition/European law by Chambers & Partners Europe 2025 and has been included in the Hall of Fame of the most influential lawyers in EU and Competition by The Legal 500 2024.
