Irene Bega is an employment and labor lawyer based in the Milan office.

She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters and regularly represents clients in litigations before the Italian employment courts.

Prior to joining us, Irene worked in the Milan office of an international law firm, where she gained significant experience in relation to the establishment, development, suspension and termination of employment relationships in the context of individual and collective dismissal procedures.

Irene is a member of the International Bar Association.
