Biography
Michel Gosselin-Trépanier is a lawyer with the Montréal office tax team. His practice focuses on all tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate financings. He is also interested in family business transfers and tax and estate planning.
Mr. Gosselin-Trépanier also acts as legal counsel on tax matters related to income tax, GST and QST, excise duties and charities. In addition, he assists taxpayers in disputes with tax authorities, including tax audits, objections, appeals and voluntary disclosures.
