Tilly Berkhout is an intellectual property and technology lawyer based in Amsterdam. She advises clients active in various industry sectors on a range of transactional IP, IT and data protection issues.

Tilly's experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts involving IP, such as licensing, outsourcing and sponsorship agreements. She also provides advice on the IP, IT and data protection aspects of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Tilly trained and worked at another international law firm in London, where she qualified as a solicitor. Her international experience – including time spent studying and working in Paris, Vancouver, London and Amsterdam – makes her well placed to advise on cross-border legal matters.
