Biography

Lauren is an environment and planning lawyer based in Brisbane. Lauren’s practice spans a broad range of advisory, litigation and due diligence work for both public and private sector clients.

Her environmental law experience includes representing clients in the Land Court of Queensland in connection with Mining Objection Hearings, advising in relation to environmental incident response, the conduct of internal investigations under legal professional privilege, and advising on risk and regulatory compliance in the course of due diligence for large transactions.

Lauren’s planning law experience sees her regularly representing clients in the Planning and Environment Court of Queensland and working closely with Counsel and technical experts.
