Biography

Daniel Femi-Alemede is a corporate lawyer based in London. Daniel advises on a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and equity capital market transactions.

Daniel trained in our London office and qualified in February 2022. During his training, Daniel undertook a six-month secondment to Aviva’s M&A underwriting team.
