Biography
Stéphane Braun is a corporate finance lawyer and is the head of the Norton Rose Fulbright banking and finance practice in Luxembourg. He has more than 20 years' experience working in the Luxembourg market.
Stéphane advises clients across a full spectrum of banking and finance matters, acting for major banks, corporations, institutional and sovereign entities. His practice covers the full range of debt and equity capital markets and securitization transactions, as well as restructuring and insolvency matters. He also has extensive experience with transactional and regulatory aspects of insurance business transfers and set-ups.
