Brandon Schupp is developing a broad practice in business law with a focus on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and shareholder activism.

Brandon joined the Toronto office as a summer student in 2018 and returned to complete his articles in 2019-2020. During his articles, Brandon completed a secondment in the legal department at Toronto Hydro, where he gained valuable experience working on a variety of business law matters.

Brandon was awarded the Chancellor's Prize and Gold Medal from Western University in 2016 and was the recipient of the Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP Prize in contracts during law school.
