Serena Or is a banking and finance lawyer based in Frankfurt. As part of the asset finance team, Serena focuses on the aviation and shipping industries.

Serena acts for lenders, lessors and lessees on a wide variety of cross-border finance and leasing transactions. Her practice also includes large-scale asset portfolio sales and airline insolvency matters.

Originally based in our Munich office, Serena has spent six months on secondment in-house with a major development bank.
