Jan-Peter Heise, LL.M. is a corporate lawyer in our corporate, M&A and securities team in our Frankfurt office. He specialises in advising on corporate and capital markets law.

One focus of his practice is on corporate law advice in complex national and cross-border M&A transactions. In addition to transactions, he regularly advises decision makers, issuers and investors in the areas of corporate law, joint ventures and corporate governance.

Jan-Peter Heise also has many years of experience in stock corporation and capital markets law, in particular in advising issuers and underwriters in connection with complex capital market transactions, including IPOs, capital increases and the issuance of equity-linked products and bonds.

He also has wide experience in public takeovers and provides ongoing advice to listed companies, corporate bodies and shareholders on all issues relating to stock corporation and securities law.

He studied law at the University of Hamburg. Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright in 2013, he also obtained an LL.M. from King's College London, UK.

He is a native German speaker and is fluent in English.
