Norton Rose Fulbright advises on financing development of PLAY 5G network in Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised P4 sp. z o.o. (branded as PLAY) on financing development of PLAY 5G network in Poland provided by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego from the EU funds of the Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020.
The total value of the financing was equal to PLN 500 million (EUR 109,36 million). Funds provided by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego will be used for development and expansion of PLAY’s mobile network in Poland, including the 5G wireless network.
The Warsaw team was led by counsel Tomasz Rogalski and associate Igor Kondratowicz. Associate Karolina Majcher provided support.
The team worked under the supervision of partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski who heads the Warsaw office and the firm’s Warsaw banking and finance practice.
P4 sp. z o.o. (branded as PLAY) is the largest mobile telecommunications service provider in Poland with 28% market share and one of Europe’s fastest growing telecoms companies. PLAY is part of iliad Group, French telecommunication operator.
