Norton Rose Fulbright expands Warsaw corporate and M&A team

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has strengthened its corporate and M&A practice with the hire of Krzysztof Jasiński, who joins the firm’s Warsaw office as counsel.
Krzysztof is an experienced lawyer specializing in M&A transactions, private equity and corporate law. He advises funds, private investors, and start-ups, acting on both the seller and buyer sides.
Krzysztof completed his legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2013. In 2015, he pursued postgraduate studies in Capital Markets Law and Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, in 2017, he attended the English Law Programme course organised by the District Chamber of Attorneys in Warsaw. Krzysztof is also an author or co-author of numerous legal publications, both commentaries and articles.
Krzysztof has been recognised for his professional excellence, receiving a "Leading Individual" recommendation by Legal500 in 2021 and in 2024. In 2023, he was acknowledged as a Rising Star in the M&A category by the IFLR 1000 ranking.
