Jacqueline Plant is an environment and planning lawyer based in Melbourne. 

Jacqueline has extensive transactional, litigation and advisory experience. She has advised clients in the renewable energy, waste, development and government sectors on a wide range of environmental and planning matters including, environmental licensing and compliance, waste management, contaminated land, native vegetation, aboriginal cultural heritage, planning applications, planning scheme amendments and due diligence advice. Her experience also extends to regularly representing clients in specialist planning and environment tribunals and courts in disputed matters.

Jacqueline has worked on a number of large projects and disputed matters as part of multidisciplinary teams which means that she is well placed to work collaboratively with counsel, consultants and clients. 

Jacqueline has a particular interest in the renewables sector, having completed Honours in law on the legal regulation of solar technology in Australia.
