Biography
Alex Cummings is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office. Alex joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2017 and is a member of the firm's commercial litigation group. Her practice focuses on antitrust and complex commercial disputes, including experience representing clients against False Claims Act suits brought by qui tam whistleblowers and representing clients in internal investigations.
Alex represents clients from a wide variety of industries in both state and federal court. Alex has represented clients in suits involving negligence, fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Alex graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and University of Notre Dame.
