Norton Rose Fulbright advises Bank Pekao on financing acquisition of five retail parks by AB Tewox

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on financing acquisition of a portfolio of five retail parks (located in Głowno, Świdnica, Przemyśl, Kalisz and Puławy) by the AB Tewox, a fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management. The portfolio covers more than 36,000 sq. m. of leasable area and boasts nearly 100% occupancy rate with the anchor tenant Jeronimo Martins Polska, operator of the grocery chain Biedronka.

AB Tewox was set up in April 2021 and invests in grocery anchored retail real estate in the Baltic States, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Germany. 

Lords LB Asset Management is a premier provider of investment management services to institutional clients and high net worth individuals. Established in 2008, Lords LB Asset Management focuses on real estate and private equity investment strategies. The company currently manages these collective investment undertakings: 13 real estate funds, one private capital fund, one energy and infrastructure fund and two investment companies. The total value of assets managed by the collective investment undertakings reached €943 million at the end of June 2023.
