Norton Rose Fulbright promotes two to the partnership in Australia

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced today that Jenna Scott and Nick Rimington have been promoted to partner in Australia.
Jenna advises clients on insolvency and restructuring, regulatory, banking and class action matters, while Nick supports clients on franchising and general commercial matters. Their appointments are effective from January 1, 2023.

Jenna Scott
Jenna is a specialist insolvency and restructuring lawyer based in Brisbane, with extensive litigious experience in insolvency, regulatory, class action, banking and general commercial matters, as well as transactional restructuring. Her clients include government regulators, intermediaries, and major Australian banks and companies. She has acted on significant and complex litigation, and regulatory and insolvency matters involving substantial documentary evidence. She also has experience with multifaceted lay and expert witness evidence across jurisdictions, including acting in one of only a handful of securities class actions litigated in Australia.
Nick Rimington
Nick is a commercial lawyer in our consumer markets practice group based in Melbourne. He specialises in supporting Australian and international brands in the franchising, retail, automotive and FMCG sectors. Nick advises clients on a wide range of complex commercial matters, including market entry and international expansion, the acquisition and sale of businesses, establishing franchise networks, strategic commercial advice, contentious matters, and regulatory compliance.
