Flexible and agile working
We recognise that our people have responsibilities outside of work and that providing flexible work arrangements can assist in achieving an appropriate balance between a fulfilling career and personal commitments.
We have a formal flexible work arrangements policy that encourages our people to design formal flexible work arrangements such as part time and remote working arrangements. In addition we have agile working for those wanting to create ad-hoc and irregular flexible work practise into their day to day work schedule. Most of our people now choose to work remotely on a regular basis in a hybrid model of being in the office and at home.
