Ryan Hanna is a corporate and commercial lawyer developing a broad practice with an emphasis on banking, corporate finance, and securities matters.

Ryan joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2020 and returned to complete his articles in 2021 and 2022. During his articling term, Ryan completed a secondment with the legal department of the Royal Bank of Canada where he gained valuable experience assisting on a variety of corporate, regulatory, and securities matters.
