Craig O'Malley is a corporate lawyer based in London. Craig focuses on cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private company M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, equity capital markets work and general corporate matters.
Craig trained at the firm and is also part of our global sports law practice.

- Aquiline on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Ripe Insurance, a UK based MGA with a focus on specialist and small business insurance.
- Mr Jisheng Gao on his sale of a majority stake in Southampton Football Club to Sport Republic, an investment firm led by Dragan Solak that operates in the sports and entertainment industry.
