Cole Chase is a capital markets lawyer based in London.

- Advised Ecobank on its innovative sustainability US$350 million Tier 2 10 year no-call 5 bond issuance listed on the London Stock Exchange (a market first for the sub-Saharan African region)
- Advised RBC Capital Markets on the issuance of €100 million fixed rate notes on the London Stock Exchange by the Province of Alberta, the first such listing in reliance of PRR 1.2.2 / Article 1 (2)(b) of the UK Prospectus Regulation by the Province of Alberta

- Advised MRG Finance UK plc in respect of the noteholder meetings to amend €50 million fixed rate notes issued by MRG Finance UK plc
- Advised The Bank of Nova Scotia in respect of the LIBOR transition consent solicitation relating to £550 million of covered bonds (the first of such consent in Canada)
- Advised NatWest Markets and Toronto Dominion Securities as solicitation agents in respect of the LIBOR transition consent solicitation relating to £500 million of floating rate covered bonds issued by The Toronto-Dominion Bank
