Biography

Eric Malysa is a corporate and commercial lawyer in our business law team who focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate finance, complex corporate structuring and reorganizations, and negotiation of day-to-day commercial services, supply and manufacturing agreements. 

He provides transactional as well as corporate and commercial advice to domestic and foreign clients of all sizes, from start-up technology and life sciences companies and family offices to multinational corporations and private equity firms in a wide array of industries, including life sciences and healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, education, infrastructure, manufacturing, resources, and telecommunications industries.
