Biography
Matt Eccles is a corporate lawyer based in London.
Matt's practice focuses on cross-border and emerging market transactions across a broad range of sectors including energy, mining, infrastructure, transport, financial institutions and TMT. His clients include private equity and strategic investors and major corporations. He advises on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments and exits and general corporate advisory work.
Matt joined the firm in 2013. He has undertaken secondments with Citibank and the UK's DFI, CDC Group Plc.
