Biography
Andrew Riordan is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Melbourne. He specialises in corporations law and competition and consumer law disputes and regulatory investigations.
Andrew has extensive experience in dealing with corporations law and competition law litigation including cartel prosecution, misuse of market power, exclusive dealing and market manipulation. Andrew also provides strategic advice on domestic and cross-border merger clearances, joint ventures and anti-competitive conduct. His knowledge includes insights derived from his experience as a lawyer with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission prior to joining the firm.
