Biography
Julie litigates complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Her experience includes conducting pre-suit investigations, initiating civil actions, engaging in motion practice, managing large document reviews and productions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial, as well as strategizing for favorable settlements and dispute resolutions that allow her clients to avoid unnecessary costs.
While her recent work has focused on representing insurers in complex coverage litigation, she has represented clients in a variety of other industries, including life sciences, software, financial services, real estate, art, technology, and entertainment.
