Dylan Gera's practice focuses on representing project developers, lenders and government agencies in connection with the debt financing, tax equity investment and development of energy projects, with a particular emphasis on solar and wind energy.

During law school, Dylan graduated with Pro Bono High Honors, was the executive editor of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law, a 2020 Moot Court Participant and a Research Fellow to Professor Henry Weinstein.

- Represented IDB Invest, IFC, OPIC, KfW- IPEX and Finnvera in connection with the drawdown of the debt facility and operational matters for the US$850 million Energía del Pacífico gas-fired power plant and LNG import terminal project in Acajutla, El Salvador – the largest energy infrastructure investment in El Salvador's history.
- Represented Cypress Creek Renewables with respect to US$216 million debt, tax equity and hedging for its 208 MWdc Zier solar project with a 40 MW / 80 MWh battery storage system in Kinney County, Texas.
- Represented the sponsor in relation to the tax equity financing of a 180 MW solar project in Ohio.
- Represented the sponsor in relation to the debt and tax equity financing of two wind generating facilities totaling 219 MW in New York.
- Represented the sponsor in connection with the debt and tax equity financing of a 160 MW project located in Texas.
- Represented a solar developer as a sponsor in relation to the construction loan financing of the 312 MWdc solar project located in Arkansas.
- Represented the sponsor in the approx. US$414 million debt financing for its 300MW solar project in Arizona.
- Represented the sponsor in the debt and tax equity financing of an 80MW solar project in Florida.
- Represented the sponsor in the debt and tax equity financing of a portfolio of solar projects in Florida.
- Represented the sponsor in the debt financing of a 30MW solar project in Alabama.
- Represented the lender in the debt financing a 50 MW solar project in Louisiana.
- Represented the letter of credit issuer and lender in the establishment of a replacement letter of credit facility in connection with an operating wind farm in Oklahoma.
- Represented the lender with respect to the approx. US$30 million short-term debt facility for a portfolio of operating solar projects
- Represented the lenders in the approx. US$140 million term loan refinancing with respect to a portfolio of operating solar projects.
- Represented the sponsor with respect to the approx. US$124 million term loan refinancing in relation to the development and operation of an approx. 124 MW wind farm in Idaho.
- Represented the borrower/sponsor with respect to the US$75 million back-leverage debt facility for an 60 MW solar project in California.
- Represented the sponsor with respect to the financing of an 100 MW solar project in Pennsylvania.
