Deborah Doucet is a member of the business law group focusing on real estate with 20 years of experience in Ontario. 

She has a strong background in title searching, land planning and land development as it pertains to all forms of real property, together with extensive experience in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial, residential and mixed use property.  She is responsible for conducting title, off-title and corporate searches, preparing and reviewing transactional documents as well as attending to and assisting with the closing of transactions.
