UK Restructuring options new and old from a creditor perspective

The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill is now being considered by the House of Lords and likely to get Royal Assent by the end of June or in early July. In our fourth webinar in this series, we will comment on the various provisions of the Bill and make observations on how the new procedures will work in practice. We will also comment on how the measures introduced in the Bill will affect restructuring and insolvency in England and Wales going forward.
