Biography

Tyson is a complex government projects and airports lawyer based in Canberra.

Tyson has advised the Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments, and private sector clients on the development and negotiation of complex procurements including in respect of construction, transport, aviation services, IT procurements, sensitive and complex grant programs, contract management issues, commercialisation of intellectual property, airport development and environmental issues, project land access and use requirements, aviation and airport regulatory matters.

Tyson also has significant experience in the successful implementation of complex national and international programs, working with industry in respect of government programs, and managing complex stakeholder relations.
