Sebastian Sievers is a corporate lawyer based in Hamburg.

He advises on all aspects of corporate law, in particular domestic and cross-border transactions as well as corporate structure matters.

Sebastian studied Law at the Leibniz University Hannover with a focus on banking and capital markets law and a specialization in corporate law. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Celle, he worked for law firms in Hamburg and Sydney.
