Charles Lambert is an associate and a member of the Montreal office's business law group. His practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law as well as corporate governance. 

During his law studies, Mr. Lambert participated in our secondment program, which gave him an opportunity to intern in the legal departments of Groupe Lune Rouge and Québecor Média.
