Suzie Kemp is a pensions lawyer based in both Newcastle and London.  

Suzie advises both trustee and employer clients on day-to-day scheme issues, cyber risk, commercial matters and governance as well as scheme project work including closures, bulk transfers, de-risking, and scheme wind-up.  

She represents clients in pension disputes and has in-depth insight in relation to pension transfer fraud.  

Suzie works collaboratively with our corporate, employment and restructuring lawyers on transactions advising bidders, purchasers and sellers on pension structuring and risk.
