Chen Li is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on general corporate-commercial matters, as well as banking and finance matters. He assists senior counsel in advising clients on a variety of business matters, including: mergers and acquisitions; the formation and structuring of businesses; lender and borrower-side public and private equity and debt financings; and drafting various other types of commercial contracts.

Chen joined us as a summer articled student in 2019, continued on as an articled student in 2020 and became an associate on his call to the bar in 2021.
