Léa has acted on behalf of the following clients:

• SNC-Lavalin Group Inc., in the transfer of SNC-Lavalin’s interest in the John Hart hydroelectric plant in British Columbia to the infrastructure investment vehicle SNC-Lavalin Infrastructure Partners LP
• Solutions Beyond Technologies Inc., in a complex transaction whereby it was acquired by Syntax Systems
• CAE Inc., in the sale of its health business to Madison Industries
• H2O Innovation Inc., in connection with the sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares, other than the shares rolled over by Investissement Québec, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and certain key executives of H2O, to Ember SPV I Purchaser Inc., an entity controlled by funds managed by New York-based private equity firm Ember Infrastructure Management, LP, for C$4.25 in cash per share.  The transaction was effected by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act
• Club Piscine Plus Québec C.P.P.Q. Inc., Pioneer Distribution Inc. and Pool Supplies Canada Inc., in the sale of all of their issued and outstanding shares to Fulcrum Capital Partners
