Shiv is a data privacy, sourcing and technology lawyer based in London. He advises on cross-border data protection and privacy issues, large-scale outsourcings, intellectual property matters and a range of commercial transactions for clients across a number of industry sectors.

Shiv studied Law at the London School of Economics and joined the firm in 2013. Since joining the practice, he has also completed a client secondment to AIG where he advised on a number of commercial agreements.
