Nicola Birney joined the practice in 2006. After completing her training contract with the firm, she joined the disputes team as an associate in 2008. Nicola has experience in commercial litigation, antitrust and competition matters including antitrust compliance and merger control, international arbitration and corporate and regulatory investigations. She also regularly assists on a range of data protection and privacy issues, particularly in the context of cross-border investigations.
