Ryan Bert represents businesses engaged in general and complex litigation across a variety of industries. He has extensive experience analyzing complex legal issues litigated in state and federal court.

In 2020, Ryan received the King Award from the MU Veterans Clinic, where he worked with staff attorneys to provide free legal assistance to military veterans with claims before the US Department of Veterans Affairs and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. His work was primarily devoted to veterans with claims involving Agent Orange exposure or a discharge upgrade. Ryan’s involvement with the clinic was especially rewarding as, prior to law school, he also served in the United States Air Force.

Ryan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sarah E. Pitlyk of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri from 2021 to 2022. He was a legal intern with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Missouri in 2019.
