Biography
As Norton Rose Fulbright's Chief Practice Services Officer, Christy is responsible for leading the firm's US service delivery teams, including pricing, legal project management, eDiscovery/litigation support and knowledge services. She is also responsible for the practice management and talent management teams that work closely with practice group leadership to develop and implement the strategy of the practice.
Christy is deeply involved in moving the firm's innovation efforts forward and enhancing its legal services delivery through a focus on people, process and technology. She has more than 20 years of experience in business leadership at global financial firms, several of those spent in-house in a global CAO role. While not a practicing lawyer, Christy supports the firm in delivering solutions to meet the needs of its clients with a focus on creating value, cost effectiveness and efficiency.
Christy is an active member of the LawVision Legal Project Management and Pricing Roundtables, as well as the Innovation Roundtable for executives in law firm management.
