Biography
Joseph Drapalski is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright's Los Angeles office. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, products liability litigation, environmental litigation, and environmental law, including federal and state Superfund, enforcement, compliance counseling, and transactional matters.
Joseph represents companies in various high-stakes disputes, including commercial and products liability, as well as regulatory proceedings. In addition to leading litigation matters, Joseph is a trusted advisor to help companies navigate issues in various practice areas, including in connection with environmental compliance and the energy transition.
He frequently advises clients on environmental aspects of business transactions, including complex real estate and corporate transactions. Joseph handles the review and analysis of environmental diligence materials, environmental review of properties including coordination with environmental consultants, and drafting and negotiating environmental provisions such as indemnification and allocation of environmental liabilities.
