Biography

Mark Faccenda is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm's health care practice group.  Mark represents health care industry clients on regulatory and transactional matters. His clients include health systems, physician groups, and ancillary healthcare providers as well as drug, device, food and cosmetic manufacturers. Mark focuses on provider-side payment and reimbursement issues, compliance with participation and accreditation requirements, compliance with fraud and abuse regulations, and data privacy matters.  Mark also advises drug, device, food and cosmetic manufacturers on compliance with the same, as well as operation in compliance with FDA regulations and guidance.  Mark engages in regulatory risk advisory in the transactional context, as well as advising clients on day-to-day regulatory matters.  Mark is responsible for advising clients on relevant federal health care legislation and rulemaking, and works with clients to comply with such developments and implement strategies to improve operations.
