Biography
Cyril Poels is a senior tax lawyer based in Luxembourg.
Cyril advises corporate and private equity clients on domestic and international tax law matters relating to M&A, corporate reorganizations, international tax structuring, tax litigation, cross-border private equity, tax structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds, capital markets transactions.
He also has experience in the field of tax structuring advice to UHNWIs, family offices and private banks.
