Aurélie Pélisson is a corporate finance lawyer based in Paris.

Aurélie’s experience focuses primarily on financial services and banking regulations, securities, stock exchange and corporate finance matters. She is also active in capital market transactions.

Before joining us in 2013, Aurélie worked as a trainee within our financial services and capital markets team for over six months.

Aurélie graduated in Business and Tax law and Banking and Finance law from the Universities of Aix-Marseille III, Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013.

She is fluent in French and English.
