She advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, especially on domestic and cross-border company transactions and group structuring measures. Her main focus is on advising clients in M&A, and private equity transactions.

Before joining us, Ariane worked four years as a lawyer in an international law firm in Frankfurt.
