Nils Kruse is a corporate lawyer based in Munich. He advises on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, including reinvestments and management participation programs. He further advises on corporate restructuring measures and general corporate matters.

Nils studied law in Munich and completed an LL.M. in European and International Business Law from the University of Leiden.

Prior to joining the firm, Nils gained practical experience in the area of M&A and corporate law as a legal trainee in international laws firms in Frankfurt and Munich.
