Welcome to the Women in Red Committee at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa. It is my honour to lead this dedicated group committed to empowering and supporting the incredible women within our firm. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where women can thrive, advance their careers, and celebrate their achievements.

Through various events, mentorship programs, and initiatives, we aim to address gender disparities and promote professional growth. The amazing women who serve as ambassadors for Women In Red are the embodiment of resilience, leadership, and inspiration. To them, being a Woman in Red means breaking barriers, supporting one another, and paving the way for future generations.
