Biography
Fareed Muhammed is a corporate tax lawyer based in London. He has particular experience in the taxation of corporate, finance and group restructuring transactions across a broad range of sectors.
In addition to significant experience in M&A, financing and restructuring transactions, Fareed also has valuable experience in fund structuring, securitisations and real estate investment.
